The oak pannelled Elizabethan Hall and the elegant surroundings of our Large Pension Room offer unique settings for your wedding - from the ceremony itself (we are licensed for weddings and civil partnerships) to the drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening entertainment.

Venue Details
For a civil ceremony we have two licensed rooms - the Hall which seats up to 170 guests and the Large Pension Room which seats up to 120.We are more than happy to accomodate your wedding reception should you with to have your ceremony elswhere
For your reception the hall accomodates up to 150 guests seated on round tables with ample space for dancing. All music must be turned off by 11.45 with carriages at midnight.
For Sunday weddings music must be turned off by 10.00pm due to Inn restrictions

All prices are quoted Including VAT of 15%. Prices are valid for 2009
Hire of the Inn and the Walks is £3708.75
Average 3 course wedding breakfast including coffee and petit fours £51.00
Canapes from £8 for 3 bites.
House Champagne £37.50
House Wine £18.00
Corkage £17.25 for wine and £20.70 for champagne

To hold the date for 2 weeks - Free
To secure the date after two weeks - £1000
First deposit due 6 moths before the date - 25% (less £1000 deposit)
Second deposit due 6 weeks before the date - 95% (less deposits to date)
Balance due - 30 days after the wedding.

Catering
We are very proud of our catering at Grays Inn which is done by our resident brigade of chefs. As we are lucky to have this team we do not let guests bring in their own catering.

Children
We are more than happy for children to attend weddings at Gray's Inn, nevertheless, for their own safety we want to ensure that they will be properly supervised. It is for this reason that we have developed a policy that children under the age of 12 must be supervised by someone who is external to the event. We will gladly discuss this further, and are able to advise of suitable options, should you need any help. 2009 Wedding availability
