Two Great Foundations

When it comes to makeup, it is very personal to each person. Often we do not want to change products because we feel we are getting everything we can from the product we are using. I know when I was using Bare Escentuals I was not getting exactly what I wanted, because if I did I would not have alternated between my liquid makeup and the powder (often using them both). So for me personally, although I liked Bare Escentuals, it just was not providing me with what I was looking for at the cost I was paying for the product.

I cannot say the same about Laura Geller's makeup. The moment I decided to give it a try I was very impressed. At first I thought, well my sister loves it so much so it has to be good right? But when I seen the price, I thought man, that is a lot to pay for a product if I do not like it. That is the wonders of purchasing online from QVC or Amazon, if you are not completely satisfied you can return the product for a refund. I did purchase a product from Laura Geller's Site and was not happy with it at all! For the price I paid compared to the results I was getting, I was not impressed so I returned it. It was something for my lips, but I had the same thing happen before when I ordered some stuff from Bare Escentuals, I did not like the product and had to return it. The bad thing is having to wait so long for your refund, and the extra cost of shipping the product back no matter where you order from.

Being as fugal of a person as I am, I have to be honest and say I do not like paying a lot of money for makeup period! But I am also learning that sometimes we have to pay a little more to get the results we want. So when I weigh the price compare to the product lasting me, I feel pretty comfortable paying a little more for the Laura Geller makeup compare to other brands I have used.
