Gifts Under $20 - A Wonderful Gift Guide!
I am in a club and we have a "secret pal" or in my case a "secret sister". Every year we buy two gifts for this pal--one for their birthday and one for Christmas. Sometimes it is a real challenge to me. My Secret Pal is not necessarily a neighbor or even my best friend. FYI: sometimes this popular gift giving activity is called "Secret Santa" and only occurs during the winter holiday season.
We do have an information sheet that we fill out or update every year with out tastes, likes, favorites, interests, etc....but that sheet does not always make a gift selection easy. I think that a blank should be included that just simply asks, "Do you NEED anything?" I also do not like to clutter up someone's life with a gift that will be "re-gifted" in the future or just dusted every now and then.
My latest philosophy is to just buy something that I would not mind getting myself. So, here is a list of gifts that are under $20 that I would not mind getting from MY secret pal.

- I have to do this, this year and you've given me a few good leads.
The best secret pal gift I got was probably a book or Tshirt with a funny slogan. The worst was scented lotion or candles...not because they didn't smell good. They did...but, I am allergic (and said so! lol) . Nice lens..this will help out a lot of people, methinks!
