The Ball Crunch Exercise
This is a great workouts for abs exercise because of the fact that it is simple and it takes focus to execute. It is a perfect exercise for targeting the six pack and waist effectively.If you have an exercise ball, then DO THIS EXERCISE!
The steps to this exercise are.
1. Lay on the exercise ball and position it under your lower back.
2. Cross your arms over your chest or just place them behind the back of your head.
3. Make sure you're balanced, and contract your abs to lift your torso off the ball. While you do this, you will be pulling the bottom of your ribcage down toward your hips.
4. As you curl your body up, keep make sure you keep the ball stable.
5. Lower your back down, stretching the abs, and repeat the movement for 10 to 14 reps for 3 sets.

The Vertical Leg Crunch
This is another one of our workouts to get six pack abs because it also is great at targeting the abs, and waist. Its simple to do, and it definitely takes focus to do.The steps to the Vertical Leg Crunch are:
1. Lay on the floor and extend your legs straight up and cross your knees. You should place you hands on the floor for support.
2. Next, contract your abs to lift your shoulder blades off the floor, as if you were reaching your chest towards your feet.
3. Keep your legs in a fixed position and imagine bringing your belly button towards your spine at the top of the movement.
4. Lower and repeat this movement for 10 to 14 for 3 sets.
