loosing weight is a topic,we've all read about a million times.I know i have..i could probably fill a library with items ive read on weight loss.lol..Ive gone from,WOW this diet is the best,to this diet sucks..ALWAYS wondering where did i go wrong.As a lady in my mid 30's,i find its harder to maintain my goal weight. I think our metabolism slows dwn..(well least thats what it said in 1 of those million books i read) BUT PRESTO i finally read something,that actually made sense..AND SINCE THEN I HAVNT LOOKED BACK...

WHAT i learnt about shifting calories,was a real eye opener for me.i actually had to FORGET,the other information about dieting,which i had stored in my brain(yes i have a brain lol)and change my way of thinking.BECAUSE LOW CALORIE DIETS just dont work...this is where i trick my metabolism(oohh fun)if i eat only low calorie foods, my metabolism adjusts itself,and will burn fewer calories each day(our metabolism is very cheeky)BUT if we shift our calorie intake around per meal WHAMMO we loose weight. now dont think this all sounds to hard..let the online generator do all the work for you.. thats what i did....
