My name is Barbara and I am one lucky lady... thanks to the easy diet plan. Where do I begin? I have a great house, a great job, and recently engaged to be married to a wonderful man next fall. My life before the easy diet

Before I started the easy diet, I was the kind of individual who had trouble with excess weight most of my life. My earliest memory of being aware that I was overweight was when I was in second grade; my school made graphs of everybody's weight and height, and I weighed the most out of ALL my schoolmates. The only time in my life I became near to a normal body weight for my height was in high school while I was actively playing soccer which made us train for a couple hours each day, 6 to 7 days a week. Once I attended college, things began to go downhill fast. At my fattest, I believe it was my sophomore year, I weighed over 200 lbs and I am only 5'4".

Over the years, I've attempted to shed pounds repeatedly but absolutely nothing seemed to work for long. To make matters worse, I have always experienced difficulties dieting... Whenever I reduce calorie consumption I am exhausted and irritable and if I do happen to drop any weight at all it simply comes right back. I have experimented with different diet pills and shakes (none of them worked well) and the Lean Cuisine frozen dinners (and other types of meals) leave me unsatisfied and still hungry.

To complicate matters, I am a grad student and it makes life very demanding. I started working on my dissertation in February of '08 and I put on a huge amount of weight while doing it (not much time to eat good food... the hallway outside the library is full of vending machines) and I also believe the stress alone actually made me gain weight.

My wake up call

My final year in college doing grad work was one of the hardest years of my life. The effects of the easy diet on my body

Because I have used this easy diet plan, I have witnessed the most wonderful changes in my figure. For the longest time, I was ashamed to hand the cashier my clothes purchase. The size 20 tag stuck out like a big neon sign! NOW, I cannot wait to go shopping, especially with my mom and my friends.
