Why Abbey Road is the Greatest record

Abbey Road is considered to be The Beatles 'swan song.' It is also the greatest rock record ever produced.

Also, the way the record was produced. On Side 1, the album begins with Lennon's Come Together and on Side 2, the album begins with George Harrison's, Here Comes the Sun—after Here Comes the Sun is a medly to end all medley's. The Beatles, again, set the bar.

The very last song was titled "The End" with lyrics that went like this:

and in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make...

Coupled with the amazing music that The Beatles always put together, the album has a medley on side 2 of the album that will never be reproduced again-because of the way we used to listen to records. You have to hear it to believe it.
