We use 100% grass-fed beef, organically raised (green label) or naturally raised (blue label). Naturally raised beef has never been given any antibiotics or hormones. We use certified organic spices, filtered water and pure, mineral rich, fluid balancing, hand harvested Himalayan pink sea salt, which is higher in potassium than table salt.

ORGANIC BEEF WIENERS

The difference between hot dogs and wieners is that hot dogs are pressed in molds and wieners have casings, which in our instance, organic sheep casings are used. The casings holds in the juices when cooking, and when you bite into them, they are moist and juicy! Give our wieners a try and see what that old time flavor is like.

We use certified organic spices, organic dehydrated sugar cane, natural vitamin C, filtered water, and HIMALAYAN pink sea salt.

Special Dietary Needs

We at Uncured Natural Meats work to have the healthiest and best tasting meats, but we know there are people with very special dietary needs. We want those people to be able to enjoy our meat products too. For example, if you are someone who cannot have garlic, or must avoid all sugar, no matter how natural, we can help. We can make a special batch just for you!

Email us ( uncurednaturalmeats@gmail.com ) your special request. You will have to take the entire special batch of the product you want. We can make as little as 15 pounds of each special request. These meats keep well in the freezer. It will take 1-3 weeks after receiving your request to send out the product.

We cook the meat using a low smoking temperature from hard wood smoke, and surround it with a fibrous casing, which you remove before eating.

Good eating with cheese and crackers, and makes a nice sausage patty for breakfast. Try some cut up in small pieces, cook them with onions, then scramble eggs into the mix. What a great breakfast!

We are a family owned and operated business. Greg's brother Steve is an Alaskan fisherman and has been for over 24 years. Steve, with his wife Jenny, owns ALASKAN MARINERS WILD ALASKAN SALMON. Working as a family in cooperation with him, we are able to provide the best tasting wild Alaskan salmon on the market. We sell most of our salmon through health food stores, but we want to offer it to our customers nationwide.

Steve uses an old fashion bleeding technique to assure our salmon NEVER tastes fishy or NEVER smells fishy when you are cooking it. It takes more time, but it is a more humane way of processing the fish and the taste is far better. When YOUR name is on the label, you want the best quality and taste possible. UNCURED NATURAL MEATS, LLC

We are Greg and Debra Roth and we live in Wisconsin. We were married in March 2003. Greg had diebetic problems which were out of control. I told him that I wanted him around for awhile and he needed to get on a more healthly diet. I am a nurse, but more important, I have been into the natural and organic and natural healing study for 30+ years.

Greg liked sausage products, but there were none on the market without the nitrates, the MSG, and the corn syrup, so we began to make our own. Greg liked them so much that he decided we should make a company of uncured meats to share with people wanting the same high quality meat. So we did.

It is the law that if you do not add nitrates to your meats the word "uncured" must be on the label. We will never add any chemicals to the meats, so we made it our name, UNCURED NATURAL MEATS, LLC.

Our goal is to provide the most pure meat products on the market. Meats that taste great and are healthy! We became USDA inspected in December 2006, so now we can take our products nationwide. Our butcher mixes each spice into the meat, no package mixes are ever used. What that does is ensures the same great taste every time AND we do not need to be concerned about hidden MSG in the spices. Our sausage maker's dad was trained in Europe and came to America and worked his whole life in the sausage business. Now, his son is the sausage maker, but dad is still there adding his special touch.

So here we are! I believe we have met this goal, We are working to add new products to our line. We will always work to be top quality. We are always willing to listen to what our customers needs are and to try and meet them.

We have discussed with our butcher the special requests we have had from our customers with very special dietary needs. He is willing to make a special batch of our products for customers who need to stay away from garlic, or sugars, or what ever would cause them a problem. The customer would have to purchase the entire batch. The minimum batch we can make is 15 pounds, of course we can make more. It will take 1-3 weeks after we recieve the order to ship the product.
