What's So Great about the Wii Fit?

I was skeptical at first about the Wii Fit game, but it seemed way more fun than using my treadmill. Being a video game, it's a lot more enticing to want to use and fun enough to keep me motivated to keep using it.

There's four things to do with the Wii Fit. Strength training, Balance, Yoga and Aerobics. These things consist of other categories, such as snowboarding, hula hooping and jogging.

When you start playing Wii Fit, it wants to weigh you using the board it comes with. How rude! Seriously though, after it weighs you, the fun begins. The first ten to twenty minutes or so, you don't feel like you doing much. Boy was I wrong. After more than a half hour I started seeing the pounds melt away! Not really, but I did feel the burn, which must mean I'm doing something right.

After you play something, it wants to weigh you again. That scares me. I don't want to know that after all that movement I'm still the same weight. I want my instant gratification! Well anyway, it will tell you how you've been doing and monitor your progress.

So if you're going to spend hours playing video games, why not get something that will, not only entertain you, but put you in better health than you started.

If You Can't Afford a Wii Fit, There's Eyetoy Kinetic

The big problem with the Wii Fit is the price. So what if you still want the benefits of one but you can't afford it.

Well, have no fear because there is a less expensive option. It's called the EyeToy Kinetic.

If you have a Playstation 2 or higher, the Kinetic is much cheaper and still gives you tons of cool features such as a personal trainer, a 12 custom fitness program and the ability to tone different body parts.

The really cool part about it is there are no extra accessories required. It comes with a camera that you can use to put yourself in the video game and use features such as flexibility, cardio and yoga-like exercises.

It's the next best thing to the Wii Fit and, for some, it might be even better!

Eyetoy Antigrav Review

In Eyetoy Antigrav, you play a character that soars through various cities. It features several game modes for different challenges. This game uses the fabulous Eyetoy to put you into the action of a futuristic game.

I am a big Eyetoy fan and, I have to say, this game was different than most of the other related games. With most Eyetoy games you appear in the game, but that doesn't happen with Eyetoy Antigrav.

In Eyetoy Antigrav, you're racing as you lean back and forth to maneuver your hoverboard and to other moves you wave your hands. It's different, but in a cool way. It's really fun and exciting.

The quality of the visuals are great, far better than the usual, on the PlayStation 2. This is not a game for people who like lots of mini games. It's more of a simulation game. I was impressed.
