Leor provides universities and colleges in the US and Canada with solutions for teaching engineering principles and advancing research projects. He focuses on control systems, autonomous vehicles, mechatronics, and haptics.

Leor was an inside software sales specialist representative for the world's premier IT innovator. He was dedicated to his clients' success, getting innovative ideas to market, and developing trust and responsibility in his relationships with clients and co-workers. He specialized in WebSphere - IBM's middleware software brand.

Leor made thousands of cold calls and headed up the cold call lead generation program at TrueContext. This included tools for calculating call performance and ROI of the program.

He also headed up the Rogers dealer sales channel in Toronto.

Leor exceeded sales quotas and managed hundreds of client accounts at Impatica. His role was to sell Impatica for PowerPoint and Impatica OnCue to K-12 and higher education institutions in the Eastern United States and Canada.

He made several appearances at conferences and trade shows and ran regular webinars to prospects and clients.

Level Platforms produces and sells network monitoring software called "Managed Workplace." Leor was employed during the summer to: find prospects; initiate contact with leads; support the sales team during any part of the sales process; and, help develop and find partners for an affiliate marketing programme. His main achievements during his time with LPI were:

- Enhancing LPI's website with search engine optimization
- Running Overture and Google ad campaigns
- Signing an agreement with a trade association with billion dollar buying power

The Office of Research, Surveillance, and Evaluation is responsible, among other things, for monitoring and analyzing changes in tobacco consumption and public attitude towards smoking. As project manager, Leor consulted with academics, prepared, and conducted a survey of over one thousand municipalities in Canada. Leor also oversaw the work of two contractors who analyzed the survey results and he authored a report of the findings entitled "Tobacco Control By-laws in Canada: 2001" at a fraction of the cost of previous reports. Other tasks while with Health Canada involved analysis of trends between price indices and tobacco sales,looking at tobacco smoke data, preparing briefing material for the Minster of Health, and editing and revising tobacco inspection surveys.

Leor completed his Bachelor of Engineering (Aerospace) from Carleton University in December 2005. The focus of the program was on AERODYNAMICS AND PROPULSION.

His fourth year project involved the design of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with 40 other students and faculty. His role was the design of a system for electronically sending and storing project memoranda.
