Green Food: Powerful way to improve your health

Growing up, we have always been told to "eat our vegetables". Now there is an easy way to consume your vegetables and provide one's body with powerful nutrients: Super green food supplements.

Largely used as an antioxidant, anti-viral agent, weight loss aid and even lipid and cholesterol lowering.

Spirulina has been found to have significant positive effects on people suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is reported that spirulina has the ability to reduce the fasting blood sugar levels in the body after 6 to 8 weeks of intake.

Also a popular supplement for weight loss and as the most vitamin rich appetite suppressant. Spirulina is actually one of the non-meat products which contain the highest protein content, along with all the essential nutrients and amino acids, without the unnecessary carbohydrates or fats.

Barley Grass 

Barley is rich in protein, vitamins, minerals and amino acids essential for our health. Barley is also one of the richest sources of both soluble and insoluble fiber.
