Yep, you heard right. We're offering free advertising in the premier issue of Green Manufacturing News, the online magazine that helps factory owners, manufacturing managers, plant engineers and maintenance professionals conserve energy, reduce carbon emissions and protect the environment.

The first issue is scheduled for June 2009, and if your company offers products and services that can help our audience, we'd like to give you the opportunity to reach them-for free.

And when we say free, we mean free. There are no obligations and no sneaky fine print to catch up with you later.

But there's got to be a catch, right?

Well, OK. There's a teensy weensy catch. Your advertisements MUST offer products or services that help manufacturers improve energy efficiency, reduce pollution, eliminate waste or otherwise make their operations more "green." So, we reserve the right to refuse advertisements if we don't feel they're appropriate to our audience. Also, out of fairness, we have to limit this free offer to one ad per company (you can, of course, purchase additional space if you like).

How's that for an economic stimulus package?

We have a limited amount of space, so advertisements will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the following schedule:

Free 1/2-Page ads - Accepted until April 30, 2009
Free 1/3-Page ads - Accepted until May 10, 2009
Free 1/4-Page ads - Accepted until May 10, 2009
Free Classified ads - Accepted until May 20, 2009

If you'd like to take advantage of this free offer, please contact us as soon as possible. Let us know who you are, what product or service you'd like to advertise, and the size you'd like your free ad to be. Although Green Manufacturing News will be an electronic magazine, distributed in PDF format, we prefer high-resolution, print-ready files, because they give us much more control over the quality of the final output. If you already have a high-resolution ad ready to go, send it to publisher [at] greenmfgnews [dot] com, along with your full contact details. We'll get back to you right away to let you know the position of the ad in the magazine.
