We are also looking to communicate with green orientated service providers here in Spain to compliment our portfolio, With expansion into this 'green' area we need to build up valuable resources so that we can still offer full service event management whilst being as green as possible.

Guidelines for a green event state it should be organised electronically, minimise carbon emissions for travelling delegates and speakers, save energy, recycle and adopt environmentally thoughtful measures wherever possible.

This a is an area that many companies are going to have to look at more closely in the coming years obviously and many people are unaware of the differences we can make. We are always looking for up to date information sources that are industry orientated.
