Does Green Tea And Weight Loss Go Hand In Hand?
I haven't tried green tea myself that's mainly because I don't like tea. But my girlfriend does drink green tea and I can tell you from her results that Green Tea And Weight Loss does go hand in hand.
You see, my girlfriend, who has never been a big woman, had gained a few pounds, which by the way I didn't mind at all, but she didn't like it. She tried doing some walking in order to lose what she called "The extra weight". However it wasn't quite working out like she wanted.
