Recycled Gift Wrap
Cut down on wrapping paper waste this Valentine's Day!
If you do decide to stick with wrapping paper, considering one made of 100% post consumer recycled paper. Post-consumer is important to look for as it signifies paper that was recycled from people using the paper and then sending it to the recycle center. Regular recycled paper can sometimes consist of paper which fell off of the track at the paper mill and is then placed back into production-not exactly the recycled paper that most people think of. You also want to look for paper that has been printed with soy or vegetable ink. That way once the paper is disposed of, it can break down into its natural components and there will be no impact on the earth from unnatural chemical inks.
