Green Coffee Bean Extract - Good For You and Your Weight Too !

A recent episode of a popular doctor's TV talk show featured Lindsey Duncan, ND, CN speaking on the benefits of green coffee bean extract. Within minutes the Internet was buzzing with million of people asking where they could find this amazing product.

Lindsay is an alternative health specialist and celebrity nutritionist with more than 28 years of clinical experience. He normally takes the high road and recommends that the best road to get rid of excess pounds is to eat a healthy, nutritious, well-balanced diet and start an exercise program

But recent research on the benefits of green coffee bean extract has left him singing a different tune. For the first time both of these knowledgable doctors are endorsing a dietary supplement to help increase the number of pounds lost without changing your regular routine.

With only 20 mg of caffeine per serving, compared to a minimum of 100 mg for a good cup of coffee, green coffee bean extract doesn't work by making you nervous and jittery, like roasted coffee or other caffeine based diet aids. Rather, the active ingredient, chlorogenic acid, works to inhibit the release of glucose in the body and increases the metabolic process in the liver.

Can you get the same effect from drinking a cup of coffee? No, because roasting the coffee beans actually removes the chlorogenic acid. So green coffee bean extract must be processed before the beans are roasted, while they're still in their raw state.

Health Benefits of Green Coffee Bean Extract

There are Many !

Chlorogenic acid, the key component of green coffee bean extract, is a powerful natural anitoxidant which combats free radicals in the blood stream. The affect is to slow down the aging process, and improve circulation and muscle tone.

The major anti-oxidant in green coffee bean extract, chlorogenic acid, inhibits the release of the G6P enzyme which has been shown to significantly stabilizes blood sugar levels, so diabetics can definitely benefit from taking this supplement. Diabetics can also benefit greatly from any reduction in weight that may occur from taking green coffee bean extract, as well.

That is only one of the reasons that this research is so exciting. According to studies published in the Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity Journal, green coffee bean extract may just be the first weight reduction product ever that actually delivers on its promises.

Does Green Coffee Bean Extract Really Help With Weight Loss

Or Is It Just Hype ?

According to a study of green coffee bean extract published in the Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity Journal*, over a period of just 12 weeks test subjects lost an average of 10.5% of their overall body weight and 16% of their overall body fat – all without changing their eating or exercise habits. Each and every test subject lost an average of 17 pounds over the 12 week period. And all with no side affects.

Again, the success is attributed to the natural chlorogenic acid found in the green coffee beans. Because chlorogenic acid prevents the release of glucose into the blood stream the liver the metabolism increases which causes the liver to burn more fat, faster. These two processes also work together to prevent the body from absorbing and storing fat.

Naturally, you can speed up pounds lost even more with a sensible eating program and a regular exercise routine. But what’s so surprising about this research is that these individuals were able to lose the weight with no change to their eating habits, no strenuous exercise regimen and no side effects. That’s a tremendous improvement over recent diet aids that have caused everything from unpredictable anal leakage to heart defects.

I have just started the first doses of the Svetol Ultimate Green Coffee and will be posting my progress. I was reading some of the comments but for myself I am doing it for 2 reasons 1: I need to lose weight and 2: I am a diabetic whose blood sugars haven't been in the normal range for about 4 years. they are always high and I am hoping that this will help regulate them some so I can use less insulin . so I will keep everyone posted on the progress

Yes, I already know about having a good diet but I am just very curious about combining two effective weight loss supplements since I really needed to lose weight faster before the wedding on March. Hoping to hear good thoughts from you. I am looking forward to try it out. Thanks!

I would not mix the two without asking a physician first. I don't know if it is recommended or not.

Natural solutions are best, I believe. What a lot of people don't realize is that all-natural herbs are actually very powerful, and it's important to be careful with them as with any substance one might choose to put in one's body.

I have heard about green coffee bean extract in the context of antioxidants and for mediating blood sugar. From the comments preceding mine, it seems to work. Well done!

People have mixed reaction over green coffee beans, but me myself given a try to this and bought myself a month supply to check If this works or not. This doesn't works with your fat cutting but yes this product controlled my hunger at a very great level which was the reason for my weight loss.
  • Carla Aug 28, 2013 @ 5:33 pm
I haven't lost any pounds but my blood sugar A1C was within acceptable range the first time in 3 years. The only thing I had done differently was drinking two glasses a day. And my energy has definitely improved -- not an energy high, but I don't fall asleep at my desk, I don't feel exhausted all the time -- that kind of improvement. I have just about completed my 3-month supply and will definitely get more.
  • zfarley44 Aug 22, 2013 @ 7:36 pm
I enjoyed reading this article it is very informative. I once saw this same product being advertised on the Dr, Oz show. It is said to be all natural and very healthy, I have never tried it. By the looks of all the comments their are a lot of mixed comments and reviews about the product. Keep one thing in mind it is not a miracle drink and will not work on everyone the same.

The most important thing is how your body reacts to it, and we are all different. So good luck :)
