SO, I TRIED CALLING THEM ONLY TO BE DISCONNECTED OVER AND OVER AND SENT TO AN ANSWERING SERVICE THAT SAYS THEY NO LONGER HAVE J'S RECYCLING AS THEIR CUSTOMER. WE RECYCLE RELIGIOUSLY ON OUR OWN AND THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE A GREAT SERVICE TO MAKE OUR LIVES A LITTLE EASIER BUT WE HAVE FOUND NOTHING EASY ABOUT THIS PROGRAM!!
