Greetings Level 55 Squids

As is my usual custom now, I have just arrived at a new Squidoo level and I am building a lens to highlight my achievement. I started doing this to give me a good focus for my Squidoo point earning activities at each level. I found that I enjoy exploring the new levels and I have received comments from new lensmasters that told me that they appreciate my tips, (ramblings). Here's another lens that may be of interest to some Squidoo members. As I have implied with the lens introduction, I'm currently a Squid Angel for December 2010.

I'm very pleased to be of service. I have blessed many lenses now. I have another lens that describes my Squid Angel philosophy. I was pleased to receive a Turbo Boost for one of my lenses when I reached this level. This gives a small amount of goodwill to the lens of my choosing. I thought about it for a while and picked my Justin Trudeau lens as I believe he will develop into a major force in Canadian politics. My other lenses are doing really well right now as I have received a lot of attention through my Squid Angel activities. I have also backlinked several of them on other sites.

The SquidU forum has delivered quite a few visitors to those lenses that are listed in my forum profile. I'm not very active in the forum, though. I intend to post more there in the future. So I am at the Squidoo high level 55. There are 80 levels in Squidoo currently. I'm sure it becomes harder to get ahead in the future. I need to earn 3000 points to get to the next level. That should take a while. I'm sure if I publish more lenses and earn the 100 lenses trophy, that I would have enough points to level up. It might not even take 24 more lenses. It should be fun though. I'll next be examining the other lensmasters at this level. I always add a module to highlight them and to highlight some of their lenses. Being a current Squid Angel, my routine is to find lenses published by lensmasters at my level. If they are interesting, great, funny, sad, inspiring or some variation of these, then I click "like", add a comment, "favorite" them and give them a Squid Angel blessing. I don't always give every lens I look at this much attention. I also save the lenses that I bless and put their title in a document that I am saving. This document lists all of the lenses that I have blessed during each day of my Squid Angel term, although I think I forgot to enter a few. I'm going to use this document to update my Squid Angel lens when I have time.

By the way, if I bless a lens, I usually comment on it but not always. The Internet has been acting slowly for me at times. If I don't leave a comment, please don't read anything into it. I like to leave comments, especially ones that can add some value to the lens. If I find a worthy lens that is on how to apply eye makeup, I might find it worthy but I can't imagine adding anything useful. I might provide a congratulatory comment or I'll just bless it and leave it at that. The high level squid gets a note telling them that I blessed their lens. Rest assured that I liked your lens, even if I didn't say so. Squidoo is continuing to be a lot of fun for me. I'm happy to help others now as a Squid Angel.
