- I have a passion and respect for all elders as they have given us so much and even more when we taken the time to listen to their wisdom.

- Fascinating! Lovely tribute to GreyHawk. Just wondering why he asked if you knew the Sioux? If he's Apache and your heritage is Cherokee - interesting. The Ghost Dance was performed by Sioux wasn't it?

- I don't know jptanabe, why he asked me, but to this day I can still hear him asking me. Thank you for commenting.

- Yes my dear! What you said, "I am a firm believer that Everyone who enters our path, enters for a reason." I surely agree and think you have entered my path most assuredly for a very important reason. And, I thank you for being there ... in my path! ;)

- What a wonderfully wise man GreyHawk must have been and I'm certain you felt privileged to meet him. It's so good that he helped you with your issues of self esteem and that he obviously must have accepted your entitlement to hear his stories. Lovely lens.

- Thank you Stazjia. It was indeed a great honor to spend that time with him. I forgot to mention and guess I will add it to the lens, but that same day he explained to me how to make an Apache dreamcatcher.

- Oh you know I love this WhiteOak! Meeting an Elder such as GreyHawk is truly wonderful. He sounds so kind, so wise. Wonder if his question about the Sioux was somehow related to your lineage? I'm sure he meant for you to know the Sioux for a reason.
I use the Sacred Path and Medicine Cards too. They have really brought understanding to my own walk.

- You know Bev, to this very day I still can see GreyHawk leaning over the table asking me that question. You are right, I think he meant for me to know the Sioux for a reason but I have not been lead by "Spirit" to research it, as of yet. This has been so many years ago.
I love my Sacred Path Cards. When I really need an answer all I do is ask the cards and they make me think.
