I found that as I tried to keep up with the economy my schedule got busier and busier. Side work in addition to my regular job was keeping me away from the more important part of life...family and friends. I was the designated cook in my family and most social gatherings it was assumed I would be the one doing the cooking. The internet has been a life savor and I'd to share with you some of the quality sites that will deliver groceries and gourmet items right to your door. And it doesn't have to cost you a penny more.

This is a great list. Especially the one for http://www.efooddept.com. I just made a purchase from them and got it delivered so quick!! I paid only $4.99 using their flat rate shipping and got my groceries and ready to cook in less than 2 days! Their recipe section has extensive list of various recipes from all over the world. Great Online groceries shopping site!

I knew of course that things like books, DVDs, etcetera were so widely available on the Web - but I didn't realise it was the case with food. Very informative and well presented lens.
