In Season Two, she killed off Izzie's heart throb, Denny (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). She blew up Dylan (Kyle Chandler) in the infamous "pink mist" episode. In Season Three, she left us hanging with Meredith Grey drowning in "Walk on Water" and then, ended "Drowning on Dry Land" with Mer blue as a smurf heading into the light.
Week after week, you've got to wonder. What will happen next? What else does Shonda have up her sleeve?
THANK GOD shonda didn't kill off meredith grey. Mer and Der have a chance to find a little 'happily ever after' 'knight in shining whatever.'

Kate Walsh Spinoff
ABC + Kate Walsh + Shonda Rhimes = New hit medical drama?
In a bold and controversial move, ABC is surgically removing part of Grey's Anatomy to see if it can survive on its own. The Wall Street Journal reports that ABC has decided to pursue a spinoff, and that leaving Seattle Grace to head the cast of the new show will be one of its most popular doctors: Addison Montgomery, the sexy neonatal-surgeon played by Kate Walsh.
Status: The plot is still a work in progress and Grey's Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes - who will lead production of the new series - hasn't settled on a title. The two-hour special (i.e. pilot episode) is rumored to be airing in May 2007.
What's to become of the Addison and Alex hook-up? Will Karev follow Dr McHotty over to the spin-off?
