Injection or Sublingual?

There are apparently no general differences in results for those choosing either method.
By injection one only needs to administer once per day and the amount of hCG used is less (about half) so that costs are reduced.
Sublingually must be administered twice per day, but no weekly skip days are required as immunity issues don't seem to be a problem with this method and, therefore, many also choose to lengthen their Phase 2 without a Phase 3 break until goal is reached or until they reach a sub-goal.

These folks are in South America doing research on hCG for obesity. They are experts and this page explains many of the strange rulings on the use of hCG for obesity. Can you say 'Conspiracy Theory'? I think so. You use energy no matter what you're doing, even when sleeping. The BMR Calculator will calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR); the number of calories you'd burn if you stayed in bed all day.
This will come in handy for Phase 3 & 4: you will have an idea of how many calories you will need to adhere to in order to maintain within the 2 lb limit! You will need to add 300 or so calories if you aren't staying in bed all day, of course.
