My personal success is based on the timing when eating. If I eat solid healthy meals 3 times a day, plus snacking I can level my blood sugar and never grab food. Easy, healthy, and effective.

I am not one for promoting cardio and weights on the same day. If you're going to do it, always do weights first. Glycogen stores (sugar) are found in your muscle/liver. Once those have been tapped, you use fat. That is why you want glycogen to be used for lifting, and fat burned during cardio.

I recently read in a paper that over 50% of sick days from work are stress related, it is well documented how damaging stress can be, and with the increasingly hectic lives that we are now living, stress related illnesses are becoming ever more frequent. Stress has been linked to many illnesses including heart disease, strokes, high blood pressure, and suppressed immune system that can make you more susceptible to common illnesses; and so it obvious that we must minimise the stress in our lives, in this article, I will try and show you how to so this! Sleep is also very important. I have to get my 8 hours or I don't function well. Also I read that people who don't get enough sleep have a harder time with weight loss.
