Imagine Peace Group

Imagine all the people, living life in peace.

These words of peace and hope were penned by John Lennon more than 30 years ago.

The Imagine Peace group assembles the peace keepers, peace makers and people for peace...your friends, family, neighbors, teachers, clergy and more.

Lensmasters with Peace related lenses are invited to join the Imaging Peace Group and help create a circle of peace that surrounds the world.

I hope someday you'll join us...

Welcome to the Imagine Peace Group

An invitation to all lensmasters who are the peace keepers, peace makers, peace promoters and peace lovers and to those pro peace involved with peace movements.

The Imagine Peace Group is looking for lenses about:

1. Peace, peace projects, peace products and peace lyrics.

2. People who inspired peace movements - Martin Luther King, Mother Teresa, Ghandi, John Lennon

3. Organizations and projects promoting peace

4. Peace Promotion Ideas

5. Teaching Children about Peace

6. How to become more peaceful yourself

Please be sure when you submit a lens that the lens mentions "Peace" or "Imagine" in the text.

Join the Imagine Peace Group

Joining the group is simple.

1. Click under the "Join Our Group!" under "Add an existing lens or if you need to "Make a New Lens."

2. Once you've joined the group, be sure to include the Imagine Peace Group as a module on the page that you've submitted.

This can be done in three ways:

Imagine Peace - An Excellent Group

I am honored that the Imagine Peace Group has received the "The Excellent Groups Award Badge" from the "Great Squidoo Groups Lensography."

The award was created by Spirituality who "got tired of all the groups out there that just aren't great" and "dedicated to groups that ARE great."

Mother Teresa on Pro Peace

I was once asked why I don't participate in anti-war demonstrations.

I said that I will never do that,
but as soon as you have a pro-peace rally, I'll be there.
