Hi everybody,In case anyone is interested you might like to read about my take on the martial arts for both men and women. I have an objective viewpoint. Although I have trained in tradtional martial arts for many years. Some good some not so good.

If anyone has any questions feel free to ask me and I'll do my best to answer them. In return all I ask is that you visit my lense first and get an insight as to where I'm coming from.
