I'm tech support for everyone around me (family and friends) and feel in my element when I'm helping people. I thought, 'hey, all these leeches are getting this valuable information for free and what do I get??' So, now I'm invoicing my parents, girlfriend, grandpa and friends and couldn't be happier! Haven't heard from my mom in a while though...

Windows compatible. Totally legal. It doesn't get viruses and doesn't need rebooting. Aside from that it operates just like the other computers in your office:-)

I'm also someone to turn to when they need help or advice. Or when problems hit. A virtual CIO? Digital Coach? Their own tech exec? It's the same tools and process advantages of the "big guys" -- at a price that they can afford and from somebody who knows what its like to run a business.
