Hi, My name is Nora and I am a 41 yr old woman who was born with spina bifida. I live with my boyfriend Chip whom I've been with for 8 yrs now. I hope you enjoy this group where you can share your dinners with us every night.

I had originally planned to use the Seapak Shrimp Scampi that you can get in the frozen food section at the grocery store and throw the scallops in that. It really is good stuff, taste just like the shrimp scampi at Red Lobster and it would have made the scallops even better but I forgot to pick it up at the store yesterday. I have another bag of scallops though I'll try that way. What I fixed tonight with butter, garlic and ole bay seasoning really turned out better than I thought though:)
