There seem to be 2 common denominators between every health product, system or diet you see, buy or read about:
The 1st one is that no matter what people say about it, there is no "miracle product" out there. Although I have been amazed by the effects of some products. If you want to BE Healthy, start by Acting Healthy. Don't think that because you take a couple of pills of whatever per day, you can keep on eating 3 Double Whoppers with extra cheese and Super sized Fries at each meals. If you want to do yourself a favor, if you are serious about loosing weight or being healthy, take a couple of months and follow a Healthy routine. Do it right and you will see the improvements within 2 months that's for sure.
The 2nd common denominator is that even if some natural ingredients have amazing effects on our bodies, there are hundreds of "Crooks" out there that will sell you products that don't contain anything but fillers (or so little of the active ingredient that it can't work). It's been proven, watch out!!! The Health industry is filled up with Scams. Why? Because it's easy to tell people what they want to hear (loose 30 pounds in 6 days). Especially when there's no test to pass, no proof to deliver.
The one thing that really bothers me is all these ads and web sites telling you how you'll loose 30 pounds in 6 days if you buy whatever they sell. It's all BS and everyone knows it but still we will buy their stuff just because these liars tell us what we want to hear. Stop being ripped off by a lying sales pitch.
I've been in Health Products, Weight Loss and Healthy Diets for several years now. I have tried, tested and tasted many products on myself. I've got my own opinion on different subjects and products. I recommend the products or systems or diets that I've tried and that work.
