I am a 74 years young retired MD who found Paso Fino horses at age 50. Pasos are not just smooth, they are as personable as dogs. We recently moved from a small coral in LA to 16 fenced acres in Texas. The gratitude of my horses is palpable. They don't just tolerate, they enjoy being hugged. Pasos are unique in that they are all different colors and many change colors as they age. They are very good with my 4 grandkids. Never have to worry about them being kicked or stepped on. One named Flamenco is a real hunk. I also trained his daddy whose picture is on the back of my book "Control Your High Blood Pressure Without Drugs" (Hanging around horses is good for your blood pressure.) Posted May 21, 2008 |
