About Mexican Food!

Call it Mexican food, call it Tex-Mex, call it whatever you wish, Mexican food is Delish!
Around these parts of Texas, we call it Mexican food. However, I hear we should be calling it Tex-Mex food...Only because we put our own special brand on it.
It's all good as far as I'm concerned.
Several years ago I became a Mexican food lover. I worked around the corner from a small family owned and operated Mexican restaurant and became a regular over night. When I became a mom, I could not partake in my Mexican food fetish as much as I wished. So, I started learning how to prepare the cuisine on my own (and with the help of some friends).
When you learn how to do something from someone else, you do it their way then make it your own way.

What's your way?
