Good art and design enhance our lives. Whether it is the pictures on our walls, the wallpaper on our computer screens, beautifully designed furniture and other objects we use, they can all lift our spirits and make us feel better.
If you have an informative lens on art, design, artists, designers, why not join this group? It can be on any kind of art: painting, drawing, sculpture, folk arts, etc, etc. The same for design: graphics, architecture, objects of any kind, cars, boats, and so on...
As long as the emphasis of the lens is on art and design, artists or designers, and it conforms to the criteria below, then I'll be delighted to welcome it to the group.
I hope that you will visit other lenses in the group and, if you like them, give them stars, leave comments and even add some to your favourites.
I'll publicize lenses below and on my blogs, amongst other places.
Criteria for Acceptance - Please read
1. Lenses must have fresh, informative content, not just excerpts from Wikipedia nor from places like Clickbank.
2. With lenses on art and design, it is particularly important that they are well illustrated. That includes putting in some bigger pictures as well as thumbnails.
3. Still on appearance: please ensure you use the facility to put a small picture in the top left of your Introduction module so that it appears alongside the lens description in Featured Lenses modules, as used below.
4. G Rated lenses only.
5. You MUST be contactable so make sure 'Contact' in your account options is enabled. Any lens from somebody who doesn't allow contact will be rejected automatically.
