The Costumers' Guild
Theatrical and movie costuming, Renaissance Faire and SCA, cosplayers and hall costumes, historical re-creations and DIY costumers.
Crazed Costumers Unite!
Do you take any opportunity to dress-up in costume? Go to conventions? Do you do historical re-creations, SCA or Renaissance Fairs? Are you a furry or a cosplayer? Do you make masks and recreate favorite movie characters just because...?
Some of us just never understood why the act and art of costuming should be limited to just one day a year. If you share that feeling, this is YOUR group! Grab your lens and come join us!
Costumers' Guild Guidelines
- You lens must be completed, i.e. no empty modules, or modules with default titles, must have an intro photo
- Your lens must contain original written content. Lens that are nothing but retail modules will be rejected.
- Your lens must relate to costume design, costume history and making costumes.
Be warned! I am going to be EXTREMELY picky about accepting lenses which are just about buying ready-made Halloween costumes. They will have to be very unique and useful, and absolutely will have to have some great original written content. Why? Because this group is about theatrical costuming, not just buying a silly outfit for one night a year, or dressing up your dog or baby like some vegetable at the last minute.
