Guidelines For Submissions To This Page
Top quality Squidoo pages with specific ingredients and specific ingredient recipes.
Pages accepted into this group will be great Squidoo pages related to SPECIFIC INGREDIENTS like asparagus, carrots or ham or they will be FOCUSED Squidoo recipe pages dedicated to favorite ingredients using those specific ingredients. My Best-Ever Glazed Baked Ham Recipe would be accepted if it meets the other criteria; my Complete Easter Dinner Menu page would not.
So Brenda, "What's a great lens look like?"
Well, for starters, it will be at least five modules in length and it will be without any default titles. Your fantastic lens will contain some of your OWN carefully proofread writing which means that spelling errors and typos will, therefore, be mostly absent.
By the way, and this part is VERY important, your own writing is in your OWN words and NOT COPIED from another source. If you do choose to cite information from other webpages, you should give your source.
Your page will be complete and ready for acceptance into this group once you have added a picture to your introduction!
If your page is not accepted because of the subject matter, I will still look at it and rate it. If it is not accepted because of some other issue, I will be sure to let you know so that you can make it right!
I look forward to reading, rating and commenting on all of your food lenses. My goal is to make sure that this group is one of the very best ones on Squidoo. You can further that goal by lensrolling your page to this lens if it is featured.
Add Your Specific Ingredient Squidoo Page Here
(Or just take a moment to say hello!)
Note to Squidoo Lensmasters:
Make sure to read my criteria for this group, it is tighter than it was before. Only pages that meet the guidelines will be accepted. If you think your lens fits the criteria, leave a message here and lensroll or feature this group to/on your food or recipe lens.
Thanks,
Brenda

I love the layout of your lens group - simple and elegant and very easy to navigate!
Would you please consider addition of my lens to your P for Panini Sandwiches section?
It's called Holiday Leftover Panini Recipes and it contains several tasty ways to use up the turkey and ham feast leftovers from Thanksgiving and the Christmas holiday.

Kim's group was a well-respected and well-known group which included a quality list of members and the inclusion of Culinary Favorites From A to Z in Spirituality's Great Squidoo Groups lens was proof in the pudding of the quality of this group.
One year later, Kim passed the group along to me and I was honored to have been invited to take on the task. I carried on in Kim's shadow and the group grew to over 1,000 lenses.
In November of 2009, Squidoo disbanded Groups turning them, into lenses. This was a good point to rein in the group a little to make it a bit more focused, to make it suit the A to Z format a bit better and to make it much easier to work with. This means significant changes to the lenses that will be accepted into this group.
One more small but important detail. The transition of this group into a lens necessitated the loss of a lot of lenses that had been submitted. If yours was one of them and I did not have the chance to visit it, I apologize. However, if you have a page that you feel meets the new criteria given in the next section, please feel free to submit it now.
