The tourists are more annoying because they stand on the left side of the elevator. We forgive them because:
a. tourists don't know better and
b. they're here to spend money

I don't know which is more annoying - the surge of people on the Metro when Congress returns to town, or the surge of people when tourists come to town. At least the tourists are here to spend money!
