I hope the new Star Trek movie is worth all the hype!
It seems that the people in charge have lost their way.
The last movie and Enterprise appeared to have lost their way.
The Enterprise series took place before Kirk and Spock and yet they had encountered Borg and Klingons long before they originally encountered them, doing retro-history.
Is this movie going to violate continuity and have us meet Borg, Klingons, Ferengis and others decades or even centuries before they are supposed to?
I hope not. Also, except for Star Trek 5- religion is NEVER mentioned. Let's see what Earth religion is like in the time of Star Trek. Have they become so perfectly science oriented that science is now their religion? Hopefully that might be explored.
