Giant Squids A group for the Giant Squids. To highlight their lensography's, plexography's, and a favorite personal lens or two.
What Is A Giant Squid?
Giant Squids have been hand selected from among lensmasters as having high quality lenses. But, they can't just have really good lenses - they have to have a lot of really good lenses. Minimum number to be considered for Giant status is 50. So, if you're looking for some inspiration, check out the lensmasters, lensographies, and personal favorites highlighted in this group. Submission Request:
**If you don't have a lensography, or don't want to submit it here, just send me a note (using the 'contact me' button is fine) and let me know so I watch for your lenses to come in by themselves.**
Giant Squids?
Yeppers, we're Giant Squids. We were notified by the Squid Powers that be of our designation in September 2007. To be a Giant Squid,
you had to have a minimum of 50 quality lenses (as judged by Squidoo staff) by September 4, 2007.
Then two weeks of nail biting until we got our e-mail confirmation. And, well, here we are.
This group will highlight the lensography's and/or plexography's of the Giant Squids along with one (or 3) of their personal favorites. Check back here often to see what we're up to.
