We humans are excellent at walking through the gate of troubles and slamming into a stone wall. Therein comes the discovery and widespread use of coping skills. Just as we can find trouble and problems, we are also able to use our coping skills to solve our problems and overcome the obstacles thrown in our path. Many have learned to use coping skills to our advantage. We want to share our experiences, as just one of the many coping methods we suggest may provide assistance. Our experiences can aid people in coping with pain, grief, children, illness, stress, or whatever other issues may arise.
HOW TO JOIN THE 'COPE WITH JUST ABOUT ANYTHING' GROUP
if you meet the following requirements, we welcome you to join us
Your lens(es) must feature an aspect of a coping skill or technique.
You can give instruction in using a specific coping method, such as Meditation, Relaxation Techniques, Mediation. The lens can be a personal experience in which you have identified a coping method, such as "How I Coped with a Job Loss?" or "Coping with My Daughter" or "How I Coped with the Diagnosis of Cancer?"
Preferably you should share specific methods on 'how-to-cope' or the steps you took to cope successfully with your specific problem or goal.
A Bit More Information and Then Come Join Us
Each lens will be featured on the site for as long as space is available. Then each lens will be featured on a rotating basis.
Using lenses for selling product is definitely acceptable, as long as there is more to your lens than a sales pitch. Remember there must be a component of coping in your lens. And content is what this lens is all about.
Each lens must be a featured lens, not a work in progress, although it is hoped that your lens will always be growing and improving.
The lens should have at least three modules of text (content on problem and how you cope(d) with it.) It is also advisable to add a variety of modules for eye appeal and to distribute your message throughout the entire lens. Photographs, while not required are commonly used, though the images should be personally photographed, purchased, or with owner's approval to use copyrighted material. Thanks.
The group administrator has the authority to remove inappropriate lenses, either until the lens has G-rated material, or in a few cases permanently. Don't worry. You'd have to be pretty horrible to get removed from this group, but this information is a disclaimer that needs to go here.
I think I'm done with all the rules and regs. We can move on to real purpose - how do you cope?
