Noisy Quiet Group Discussion

webnh

Hi Grace

Thanks for joining the group. It is my experience that even a small amount of meditation will help someone to see things more clearly. Of course proper instruction is needed but the instruction can be from many sources east or west.

I have seen dozens of people go through a 10 week course taught by Jon Kabat-Zinn that has changed their response to work place stress and allowed them to create some air around their thoughts.

Any thoughts?

Thank you for accepting my ten-minute meditation lens into your group. What shall we discuss in this space? I'm interested in knowing what impact routine meditation has on people's work-lives. How does it change your response to daily office politics, for example?

Let me be the first to say "be quiet!" You have some great links here that I would like my visitors to have access to. I have added our lens to your group and I'd love your view of our lens.

I love your idea here. Many of your book list recommendations are in my own favorite section of
my personal library!
