Great lens, and fine information. Been running AVG Free Edition now 8.0, Spybot, Spyblaster, CCleaner on all PC's. Along with an occasional on line scan from Bitdefender or Esset NOD. The new 2008 Adaware from Lavasoft doesn't run well for me,, older version runs fine, must manually update it though. Windows XP Posted June 01, 2008 |

The only thing I use is anitspyware such as Adaware. I think antivirus programs are a joke. Like Norton. I have never installed Norton or any other antivirus on my system for the past 3 years with no problems. But then again some people don't know what to look for. Posted December 19, 2007 |
