I have been involved in project management for over 14 years and I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). I have served as a project manager on numerous product development teams - some successful, and some, well, not so successful. However, I have learned from every endeavor.

Now as a Director of Program Management for a major company in the Chicago, Illinois area, I manage a group of very talented project managers and in the process, I learn from them, and I hope they also feel that they learn from me. My goal is to provide some of that same knowledge and insight to others through pm411.org, and I hope that you will do the same.
