Great group, I'm not sure if I would buy a condo as an investment right now or not. I guess I would probably buy some land rather right now rather than a condo because of the extra costs involved.

There are lots of opportunities right now to buy land in Texas that I'm not sure a condo is the right purchase, especially considering the real estate market right now.
