The Renaissance Group

A Renaissance Man or Renaissance Woman is a person who has broad intellectual interests and that is what I hope this group will encompass. As a Renaissance Woman myself, I see it as my duty to encourage other polymaths! In case you don't know, a polymath (also known as a polyhistor or homo universalis) is a person who excels in multiple fields. That is what this group is all about -- excellence in many fields.

All lenses are welcome to join as long as they are family-rated. This group is intended to celebrate the lensmaster that is a Renaissance Woman or Renaissance Man and so lensmasters will be celebrated here--and hopefully supported as well. I encourage all lensmasters to post a lens to the Renaissance Group Plexo below.

This group is also intended to help build community and to help us promote our work so a selection of "underrated" lenses will be featured in hopes that folks will visit and help them rise to their true level. This list will regularly change so come back often. Don't forget to check out some of your fellow Renaissance Lensmasters and the plexo links as well.

It is hoped this group will be supportive of its members. The founder tries to visit each new lens and lensmaster. Hopefully other members will make an effort to spread the love by visiting as many as they can.
