I noticed their are a lot of lenses dedicated to selling sports tickets, yet no good groups. That's what the Sports ticket group is for. We are just a group of happy Squiders looking to get some popularity for our lenses, so join, add some lenses to your lens roll, favorite some, join some fan clubs. We all win!

Promoting Online Sports Ticket Sales

Everyone knows you can make a great deal of money as an affiliate of a ticket broker. What other product can be marked up 1000% and people are still lining up to buy the product? However, being an affiliate of a ticket broker can be difficult unless you are able to build links to your affiliate website and get a strong flow of traffic. Many people use google adwords but that can get pricey and conversion rates can be very low.

There are many ways to promote your sports ticket website but here are a few more you may know about. The first being a new event ticket directory called Ticket Samurai. At Ticket Samurai you can submit your ticket related website or search for ticket brokers and/or ticket resources. Best of all the service is free and will your traffic and SEO efforts a nice boost.

Another great tool is the Free Ticket Classified toolbar. This toolbar which is compatible with both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox allows you to quickly submit your ticket classified ads and also browse current listing. You can also customize it to your liking with cool features such as internet radio, weather, and games.
