Squadron of Poets is a Squidoo's group for verses. All verses made their way through Squidoo's Lenses program are accepted. I have confidence; verses have pure and elegant languages. Charles Sapp is a poet. He is a creative musician with outstanding musical tracks. No wonder, as he absorbs his music from the inner musical elements of his verse. His tracks include "Before the Light", "Hydrogen Helium" and "Morning Glory".

He wrote recently five new poems including "Reacquainted" and "Medicated", which are very personal pomes that reflect on the moments he has noticed since undergoing treatment for Bipolar Depression.

His book "External Noise and Internal Silence", which comes in 105 pages as a collection of poems, came out after 11 years of persistence and work he gave through it his passion and devotion. The collection of pomes charts the existence and the progression of a man during his lifetime journey and the paths through nature and inner self to reach his future.
