There are a number of groups who are supposedly advocate groups.
From my personal experience as well as the experiences of friends it seems that those organizations are more often than not more concerned with the politics of the system than with standing up for Veterans.

Far too often, Veterans file a claim that should be expedited due to hardship claims and instead their claims are lost, misplaced or simply shuffled off to the back room.

Veterans fight for years to get decisions on service connected claims, while the Veterans Administration fights having to pay these Veterans what they duly deserve.

Many Veterans die before they are able to win their case.

This is the intentional goal of the V.A. that Veterans will indeed die before they have to be paid due compensation.

Support our troops is a call that I whole-heartedly agree with. The problem is that I am not sure how we can support our troops if this support is not continued after they become Veterans.

I am not sure how we can support our troops without supporting our Veterans. After all, to us they are both the same.

We will provide information on the issues that concern Veterans.
We hope that the interactive nature of this site will get other Veterans involved and that the Veterans Voice will grow loud enough to be heard over the political voices that have kept us silenced for so long.

We have blogs, forums and news as well as other tools that you will each find effective in contacting other Veterans who may have similar issues.
