When I type in www.webkinz.com I can see www.webkinz.com/swf/setlocale flash on my browser but it brings me to http://www.webkinz.com/us_en/ within a second.
It sounds like it isn't able to detect which country you are in.

Something else is going on because it's not possible to log in to Webkinz World with a code from a charm. Those codes can only be used in the Feature Code Shop and it will give someone access to the Charm Forest.

The only way they can get in is if they have the password. Change it again to something her friends can't guess and make sure she doesn't tell anyone what it is. If that still isn't working you should contact the Ganz Company.
