I really dislike Edward Cullen

Okay, so hate is a strong word. I really don't hate Edward Cullen in the sense that I hate racism, or that I even hate Lima Beans. But I do hate him in the same manner that I hate - lets say Scrappy -Doo, that annoying little nephew to Scooby. So I have compiled a list as to why I have allowed myself to hate this fictional vampire. I hope you enjoy it - and take it tounge in cheek - or teeth in neck. Have fun and feel free to add your comments. So take it about as serious as the Filipino vampire beside this description :)

10. I'm Filipino and as horrific as the Aswang (filipino vampire) can be, it just isn't cool, and could never be sexy. Yes I'm jealous.

9. Just when the whole sexy Brad Pitt vampire thing cooled off - Edward Cullen had to bring Vampires back into the spotlight. My reason for hating this? When the heck are werewolves going to get their fair shake huh? Is it the hairy back?

8. Glowin like a pile of diamonds should look ridiculous and stupid - but Edward Cullen makes it look 'cool'. Anyone else and they would be called a mirrorball on their way to the drag show.

7. My wife disappeared off the face of the Earth while she spent 2.5 weeks reading his books. Twice! Yes I'm still jealous.

6. He's not even real! Yet, I would take your life into your own hands telling a woman that.

5. He is a TOTAL PSYCHO-STALKER! In the 'real' world Edward Cullen would have serious restraining orders.

4. Women say he is perfect with just a few bad habbits and flaws - hmmm, could one of those be that he's dead? Stone cold skin perhaps? ditches Bella and make her feel crappy? further to #5 - creeps into Bella's room and watches her sleep - just a little flaw (how cute). Maybe its just a flaw that Edward might - just maybe- not be able to control himself and rip the throat out of his girlfriend. Oh, the exciting dangers of slight flaws.

3. I just realized by writing this list I'm obsessing over Edward Cullen - just like everyone else :P

2. Edward Cullen makes me want to be like Edward Cullen. yes, I'm am still on the jealousy thing.

1. The number one reason that I hate Edward Cullen - and this is what spawned this whole list. I had to sit through his crappy movie - and yes I had to, it was my wife's turn to chose.

in reply to Temp_Girl I Disagree. Twilight is one of the dumbest things I have ever read. I read all but the last two books and decided to quit reading because they were going NOWHERE. It was a total waste of my time, even though it was only about a week. I HATE twilight and everyone in the books. And TWILIGHT_SAGA_GIRL, Edward Cullen is a fictional character, And I name the dust bunnies under my bed after Twilight characters. Also my brother had a girlfriend who would not shut up about twilight so he broke up with her. It was a shame on her part. Not everyone loves twilight so shut up about it
