Grupo Los Menceyes

Grupo los Menceyes is named after the Menceyes, the tribal Kings that originally lived in Tenerife. They knew the value of nature and used the land to their advantage, and those lessons have been learnt well in Palm Mar. Nestled between the 428 metre high Guaza mountain and the volcanic lava fields of Malpais de Rasca, Palm Mar faces the sea and the sun and is protected from the wind, giving it a lovely self contained micro climate.

THE BEACH THAT BECKONS
The developments in Palm Mar work their way down the valley towards the sea with unspoilt views.The open Atlantic draws people down the palm tree lined avenues like a magnet to enjoy the new seafront promenade with its seating areas to take in the views. A PLACE TO EXPLORE
Guaza mountain stands guard over Palm Mar, the more adventurous like to take the long walk over the top from Los Cristianos but the easier walking route is to the east side across the Malpais de Rasca. This expanse of volcanic lava rocks is a nature reserve and attracts many interesting birds and animals. It leads to the red and white striped Rasca lighthouse that was built from rock hewn out of Guaza mountain. Guaza mountain and Malpais de Rasca are protected so there wont be any surprise developments of new neighbours.

A PRIME LOCATION
Despite its self contained tranquility, Palm Mar is only 15 minutes from the airport, and even closer to 2 championship golf courses, and in the other direction, its just the same distance to the lively resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Nearby is the traditional fishing village of Las Galletas, but if you want to go further afield, the main motorway is just 5 minutes away and links to all points around Tenerife.
