Gran Turismo 5 Prologue Spec II and III

Almost 4 years of intense development were needed to achieve that Gran Turismo 5(2009) apetizer.

Featuring a new motion engine, high resolution graphics in 1080p at 60 fps and for the very first time in GT history a classy cockpit view, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is one of those few games available on the market to push the Playstation 3 up to its limit.

It could also be considered as THE most BEAUTIFUL racing game on any platform ever.

The level of realism despite some minors defects literally outclass direct competitors like Forza and PGR4 on Xbox 360 ; a glance at the 70cars+ inside the game proves how accurate is the modelling compared to the real world.
Cars collectors will definitely blush peeping through your Garage :-)

The first version of Gran Turismo 5 Prologue(SPEC I)
was released in Japan in december 2007, with 37 cars, 5 tracks and an online mode. Morover polyphony digital extended an already huge list of automakers with the prestigious Ferrari brand.

The european version (03-28-2008) added a lot more features listed in the next section. Over 1 million copies were sold since late march, boosting playstion 3 sales by 80% accross the continent according to charts.

American version is to be released Apr 15th 2008 with some new bonus too.

I forgot to mention that GT5 gets full throttle when you it play with the dedicated Logitech Driving Force (Pro or GT) wheel drive ; harshness of the tracks, collisions, overtaking stream etc well reproduced by the force feedback.

- "High Speed Ring (normal/reverse)" has been added, for a total of 6 tracks, 12 layouts.
