Grand Theft Auto IV Review - Severely Overrated Game Suffers From Extremely Repetitive Missions

For the first time, Liberty City has gone global and brings together dirty crooks from around the world in a wide range of multiplayer game modes. Yet again, getting online is made easy as a result of your in-game cell telephone. Dial up a selection and you're transported for an online version of Freedom City, scattered with all the weapons you will have already come to love by playing with the single player mode.

As a game host you can choose from numerous settings such as safe fire, police presence - or not enough it, the type of weapons inside game and the level of traffic scuttering around metropolis. Upto 15 more players can join you because you cause carnage. You will probably come across some lag issues from time to time, but everything considered the internet modes are again a great addition to the game and will keep you coming back to the game often when you've completed this single player game innumerable times.

Simply unmissably. This game is the one reason you might want to buy an XBox 360 or PS3 if you ever don't already have one.

The mega review sites undeservedly hand out hype and praise like clockwork on the GTAs, Halos, Final Dreams, and Metal Gears with the world. No game encompasses such a ridiculous amount of boasting as GTA does. GTA3 was an undoubtedly a revolutionary game for its time because it started a whole new genre: the sandbox sport. It should be praised for originality and moving videogames to new areas. However, the GTA formula and actual gameplay have always been average at best.

Where accomplish we begin? Let's take a minute to review what the mainstream media must say about GTA4. Currently GTA4 is getting hailed as literally the BEST game out of them all. The game has some sort of ridiculous 99% score with Gamerankings. com. Every single review without the need of fail has praised the game as the Holy Grail involving gaming. WOW! Can I start my own site to get another viewpoint from the hype driven, marketing based payola that is the norm in the videogame media?

The mega sites are typically posting 10 page reviews that embark on ad nauseum about the spectacle and grandeur with GTA4. Yet within those pages of PR nonsense, there is very little concrete information regarding why GTA is the most fun game of all time, why GTA gameplay is some thing than average, why the game deservers a frickin' 10 using 10.

Most of the good sized sites comment continually about how wonderful the cut views are. I think cut scenes might be a nice reward for finishing a more substantial portion of a online game. GTA 5 news
